As your dedicated Buyer's Agent I will represent you as you start your search, help you to make an offer, help with negotiation, and eventually close on your new home. There is NO cost to you to use a Buyers Agent. The alternative is to visit homes on your own and then you are dealing with the listing agent, whose primary focus has been on his client, the seller. As in a legal situation, you need someone representing you exclusively and who has your best interests at heart.

Prior to moving to Florida, I was active as a real estate investor in Minneapolis. I had worked for Honeywell and Medtronic before starting my computer sales companies. I was born and raised in Superior, Wisconsin and received a BS Degree in Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. My brother still lives in Superior and my sons and families live in Appleton, WI and Omaha, NE. I LOVE helping folks from up north find their perfect vacation here.
